Hello beautiful humans! I'm Sai Shinde — a Sr. Product Designer who gets an unreasonable amount of joy from checking off to-do lists. I design things that make people's lives easier (and occasionally make them smile) :)

I am glad to see you here! ✨

Seven years into my journey as a Senior Product Designer, I've discovered that great design lives at the intersection of user joy and business growth. My process starts with the classics – pen and paper – paired with analytical thinking to shape solutions that make a difference.

My Resumé_2025

Here's the thing – I'm less about jumping “straight into design tools” and more of a "let me grab my 17th notebook" enthusiast. I have a knack for turning complex puzzles into simple pieces, and yes, I will absolutely ask you "but why?" until we get to the heart of the matter.

I'm currently designing for smallholder farmers in Indonesia who grow 70% of our food, but are some of the poorest people on earth. Before this adventure, I was at Cityflo, successfully convincing car enthusiasts that premium buses aren't just vehicles – they're the cool new way to commute.

Consider this a sneak peek – the full story deserves its own conversation!

Demystifying Whiteboarding Interview

I’m running whiteboarding workshops to help designers get more comfortable with this skill—not just for interviews, but for everyday work. Whiteboarding isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about how you think, structure ideas, and communicate your approach.

In these sessions, we break down what companies look for, tackle a live mock problem, and create a space to learn, participate, and have fun. Because let’s be real—if you can’t sketch your ideas, are you even drawing the right conclusions?
